Der vorliegende Band fokussiert die immer noch notwendige Auseinandersetzung um das Verhältnis der Forschungslandschaft Lehren und Lernen fremder Sprachen mit anderen verwandten wissenschaftlichen Disziplinen. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt hierbei auf der Verwertbarkeit ihrer Erkenntnisse im fremdsprachenunterrichtlichen Kontext. Die einzelnen Beiträge beleuchten den Stellenwert der Einzelwissenschaften innerhalb des Forschungsbereiches und geben Denkanstöße für die Diskussion über interdisziplinäre Abhängigkeiten im sensiblen Miteinander der Einzelwissenschaften. Damit wird zur metafachlichen konzeptuellen Reflexion über das wissenschaftliche Fundament des Forschungsbereiches Lehren und Lernen fremder Sprachen und zur inhaltlichen Profilierung des Faches beigetragen.
The anthology is aimed to contribute to a debate on the relationship between the research area in teaching and learning foreign languages and other related scientific disciplines, with particular emphasis being on the implementation of the findings into foreign language teaching. The contributions shed light on the status of particular disciplines within the research field and also bring about the discussion on interdisciplinary dependencies in the interaction between them. This contributes to the meta-subject-specific conceptual reflection on the scientific foundation of the research in teaching and learning foreign languages and hence to the content-related profile of the subject.

AUTOR:
Prof. Dr. Magdalena Pieklarz-Thien arbeitet am Lehrstuhl für Lexikologie und Pragmalinguistik an der Universität Białystok, Polen. Ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind gesprochenes Standarddeutsch in sprachwissenschaftlicher und sprachdidaktischer Perspektive, mündliche Kommunikation, interkulturelle Kommunikation, Schnittstellen der Sprachwissenschaft und Sprachdidaktik.
Dr. Sebastian Chudak arbeitet am Institut für Germanische Philologie der Adam-Mickiewicz-Universität Posen, Polen. Seine Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind Gestaltung und Evaluation von Lehr- und Lernmaterialien für DaF, Förderung der Lernerautonomie, Medien- und interkulturelle Kompetenz, Medieneinsatz (Schwerpunkt Film) im Unterricht DaF und in der DaF-Lehreraus- und -fortbildung.

Communism in twentieth-century Europe is predominantly narrated as a totalitarian movement and/or regime. This book aims to go beyond this narrative and provide an alternative framework to describe the communist past. This reframing is possible thanks to the concepts of generation and gender, which are used in the book as analytical categories in an intersectional overlap.
Future of Scholarly Communication . Forging an inclusive and innovative research infrastructure for scholarly communication in Social Sciences and Humanities

This report discusses the scholarly communication issues in Social Sciences and Humanities that are relevant to the future development and functioning of OPERAS. The outcomes collected here can be divided into two groups of innovations regarding 1) the operation of OPERAS, and 2) its activities. The “operational” issues include the ways in which an innovative research infrastructure should be governed (Chapter 1) as well as the business models for open access publications in Social Sciences and Humanities (Chapter 2). The other group of issues is dedicated to strategic areas where OPERAS and its services may play an instrumental role in providing, enabling, or unlocking innovation: FAIR data (Chapter 3), bibliodiversity and multilingualism in scholarly communication (Chapter 4), the future of scholarly writing (Chapter 5), and quality assessment (Chapter 6). Each chapter provides an overview of the main findings and challenges with emphasis on recommendations for OPERAS and other stakeholders like e-infrastructures, publishers, SSH researchers, research performing organisations, policy makers, and funders.
