Competition for scholarships for researchers from Ukraine
The competition is an expression of solidarity with the Ukrainian academic community and is intended to support the best researchers from Ukraine. The main goal of the competition is to enable researchers to come to the University of Lodz to conduct research, which will consequently contribute to strengthening the scientific potential and development of our University.
Moreover, these activities are in line with one of the strategic objectives of the University of Lodz, namely increasing the degree of internationalisation.
- The competition is addressed to individuals holding at least a doctoral degree.
- Call for applications: from 15 March to 27 March, 2022, until 3 p.m.
- Planned deadline for resolving the competition: 7 April 2022.
- The scholarship holder's stay may last from 3 to 6 months, with a possibility of extension and employment under an employment contract in order to continue scientific research at the university of Lodz. The project should be implemented in a continuous mode.

The competition financing is based on funds from the 2% increased subsidy for the University of Lodz for participation in the Excellence Initiative - Research University competition.
